With the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations experienced the sudden, mass exodus of workers from the office to home. IT executives responding to this survey revealed what pressures this shift placed on their organization’s IT personnel, and how they are accommodating the evolving IT workplace landscape.
Between February and April 2020, Gatepoint Research invited IT and networking executives to participate in a survey themed “Approaches to Network Monitoring and Management.” Survey participants represent firms from a wide variety of industries including business services, construction, consumer services, financial services, healthcare, media, manufacturing (general, primary and high tech), mining, retail trade, telecom services, transportation, utilities and wholesale trade.
Between March and July 2020, Gatepoint Research invited selected IT Security executives to participate in a survey themed “Networking and Security Operations Strategies.” Candidates were invited via a multi-channel approach and 100 executives have participated to date. 100% of responders participated voluntarily.
